MBW June 2026 development update
Hi everyone.
First of all, I want to apologize because I had scheduled this news post for the end of last month, and I don’t know if it was a bug or a mistake on my part, but I just realized that nothing had been posted. So sorry for the slight delay.
As for the game, things are still moving forward.
I’ve now surpassed 600 images, and I’ve also made progress on the writing and have almost finished writing Part 1. I’ve also made good progress on the animations and have already prepared a dozen of them. By the end of this month or early next month, I should have finished the single-frame rendering phase. That constitutes 70–80% of the process, and I’ll then enter the final phase of creation. This suggests a release window around late July for an optimistic estimate, or mid-August if we want to be more cautious.
As always, I’m leaving you with a few small previews, and to make up for the little hiccup with the delayed news, I’m also including a short animation as a preview.
Bye, and see you soon.

Now it's July 6th but still we didn't get any new update. disappointed!
Update?
Dev needs to stop being greedy and outsource the workload. Faster development, most subscribers, think about the bigger picture.
Honestly, the delayed post is not the main thing worth apologizing for. The bigger issue is the painfully slow progress. I like the premise and the look of the game, but for a slow-burn story, waiting this long between small updates makes the whole thing feel like it is years away from the content people actually care about. The brother’s wife is the hook. She is the reason most people are here. The more the story focuses on side characters and teasing instead of meaningful progress with her, the more frustrating it gets. I want to like this game, but the current pace makes it hard to stay invested.
slowburn story with slow updates is the worst combination, we are year's away from the real stuff
Progress is incredibly slow for the amount of images achieved. I know it’s a challenging task but 9 months between releases for sub 1000 renders seems light. Nevertheless I look forward to the update and hope it isn’t just another flirting update.
