Official MBW 0.13 official date release annoucement

Hi everyone, I'm finally in the home stretch before the release of version 0.13. I won't go into details, but basically I've finished writing and will now be able to start coding. There will inevitably be a few minor adjustments along the way, but basically this is the last big part I have left to do.

So I can finally give you an official release date. It will be November 12 at the latest. I'll probably finish before then, but I prefer to leave myself some leeway in case of unforeseen circumstances and so I can finish with peace of mind.

You'll also notice that I've posted a final preview of 0.13. I've tried to give you an idea of what to expect without giving too much away.

See you later, and hang in there—we're on the final stretch.
