This as a full time job?
I want to make this a full time job. Suggestions?
Starting commissions and a discord channel comes to my mind.
Paid contents would help, but not sure how to manage that.
Volunteered or paid staff for bigger projects (i.e. comic series, animation) or marketing.
Thoughts?

I can't wait to see your work published in any form!
Thanks! Me too! :D
People are always willing to pay for... your area of expertise. Really depends on how comfortable you are with your work, though perhaps it's wiser to build up your 'profile' so-to-speak before getting others involved. But hey - whatever works best for you.
Haha for some reason I imagined your first sentence to be spoken by a well-dressed sultry demon sat by a fireplace with crossed legs and folded hands. (Playing BG3 too much) Yeah I've heard similar advises from other sites. Portfolios and communities, and maybe streamlining a style rather than going ADHD about it. I definitely want to work on all those.
Think a discord channel would help foster community.
Sounds like I'll be making one! :D
