Update: Sexual Content in Patreon (Oh for fox sake)
Here I was, finishing an animation demo, composing a lengthy update with what I've been doing with a lot of images, go to sleep feeling productive, then I get an email that the Chloe animation thingy violated Patreon sexual content policy.
That's fine, I get that a lot, I have other places to share. But if that gets taken down, how safe are my other posts, and maybe even the account?
So I got curious and went to reading.
The details are in the attached screenshots.
In short, nude and erotic are fine, touching genitalia is also fine if it's for education and medical reasons or if it serves a purpose for a bigger scheme such as a grander story. But just interacting with genitalia and the bigger purpose of it being the arousal of the said humanoid person, it is not fine in Patreon and is considered pornographic.
And
Any nudity or sexual content that doesn't violate any other sexual content policies still needs to be visible only to the subscribers, not the public/everyone. Meaning I have to charge $1 for most of my stuff here even though it is free elsewhere, which is going to look sketchy as hell.
Or
Is the Chloe character considered too young? Because she's 19 where she's from.
Uggh, which culture is Patreon based on?
Rhetorical question, doesn't matter.
I'll re-upload Chloe post with a video link to Rule34video but without image or downloadable file.
If this happens to other posts, I'll start making claims and say these got deeper stories that they are serving, and even has education purposes regarding empathy, creativity, and consensus when it comes to sexual fantasies, that these aren't stereotypical Hentai rape tentacles and are fully capable healthy community development with human beings regardless of their appearance or the fact that they completely engulf their partner they mate with. Some scarier situations are happening under the obvious consensus from the physically weaker character, usually the women in my stories, to proceed whatever they're doing, and that this isn't anything too weird in their cultures.
Speaking of culture, I also understand that Patreon is likely not from a culture that accepts this kind of consensus by default. I don't know any culture that does. So if Patreon makes another claim, I'm prepared to explain, and hopefully they make sense of it.
Where was it, Pornhub? They definitely did not listen, just keep giving me generic policy responses without even specifying which one I breached, and eventually removed all my videos there in a week.
So fingers crossed, and hopefully I don't get banned here.

I post my stuff in here and they didn't say anything here.
That's a relief to hear, both for yours and mine!
Subscribestar is where most adult creators have gone to. Go nuts. Post nuts. They don't mind
I'll definitely keep that in my list if things get worse here.
