Revisiting this now that the season is here again. Listened to it a lot the first few months of the year. It's funny, I used to always think it was so silly whenever I saw for example in anime characters referring to fairly recent events as nostalgic, and then once I started watching japanese streamers, I was shocked to see that it's actually a real thing, not just an anime thing, and it was so hard to relate for me. But whenever I recall moments related to you even from just a year ago, sometimes less, I completely understand the feeling. Dear memories that feel like they had a profound impact, even though they're technically recent. A little embarrassing I guess to think that the reason why I couldn't relate is probably because life was just kind of monochrome, days blended together and there was nothing to feel nostalgic about, but I'm happy that I can relate now. And it wasn't, in fact, "a weird anime thing". Or maybe you're just so special that life feels like an anime now? 😄 Well, either way, thank you. Really really. I hope 2024 was everything you wished for. It definitely was for me, and then some. Love you.💙❤️

Thank you so much for this beautiful song. I've been listening to it repeatedly for couple hours. The lyrics are beautiful and somehow fit my feelings well. My sister text messaged me yesterday that her cat had kidney failure and probably cannot make it. I lived with them for years before but now we live in different countries, and I missed him (the cat) a lot. I was so calm when I read the message cause I know the time will come someday. He is already 18 years old, which is really old for a cat. But when I saw my sister's icon photo, I can't help burst out tears. In the photo she hugged the cat and smiled so happily. I have アルバム of the cat on my PC. It's like 宝物 but I'm too afraid to open it cause I know I can't enjoy the photos now. I know one day I will be able to open it again but I need to hide it in 白い雪 for now. Ooh! It’s a very nice interpretation of the piece. I like that without the drums it really changes the vibe of the song into something more intimate/less high energy. I think you two maybe mentioned before not playing musical instruments, otherwise I wonder if one/both of you recorded the acoustic guitar/piano? They sounded clean. In any case, Merry Christmas!
