Saturday 12/9
Functional Venue Lot Traits - Status in testing. I'll get this released later today. Include the following lot traits. (releasing for Pixxel Perverts)

-Pool
You can add any 3 to a generic lot. Example, if you want a functional nightclub, gym, and bar on one lot. The mod will spawn the npc's and they'll carryon within each venue as expected.
I'll continue to add more venues in the future, including custom venue lot traits.
Pro Boxer Career v2 - Releasing today. Small update to this mod, adding a few more types of rabbithole fighting opportunities. Includes new MMA and Street Fighting. (releasing Free)
Exorcist Career - I finished developing the mod and will start working on this on Sunday. The new potential release date is Monday - Tuesday, however depends on testing and issues.
This is a functional self employed career. Setup an exorcist shop, open up, and "Check For The Dark Possession" on Sims that don't feel like themselves. If they are possessed by darkness you'll get a notification. Launch the Exorcist Job Event and Exorcise The Darkness to earn money. (releasing Pixxel Perverts)

Thursday 12/7
Mod testing is complete. I didn't find any compatibility issues. I have a fix for several mods that use the collect payment feature that I haven't implemented yet. I'll need to get this done in the next couple weeks.
I also have a fix for the social events not closing.

Hope you're doing great heading into the week. The For Rent game patch is happening on Tuesday and I'll be testing all mods against the patch. It'll probably take a couple of days to complete.

Hi Wicked Pixxel! I really enjoy your mods. I was wondering, since we now have a pool hall mod, we really need functional pool tables. If possible, can one of the color swatches for it have a holographic futuristic vibe? I've been searching for a functional pool table but haven't been able to find one unless I'm overlooking it. Thanks again!
I don't think there's one for the Sims 4. I've searched as well. I can't make functional pool tables.
Hey WickedPixxel! I have a mod suggestion. Could we get a personality disorders/mental illnesses mod? There could be a set of traits and learning issues associated with the disorders/mental illness and there could be some behaviors that the sims could autonomously do or there could be more actions for the player to choose from for the sim with the personality disorder/mental illness

Thank you for the update, love some of these mods! Nail salon, lashes.... something that touches the industry I worked in. lol. Hopefully one day an Aesthetician Career for a Spa. Aesthetician does manis and pedis, waxing, facials, light massages like hot stone massage. It's usually where Massage therapists will also work, Nail tech (one who does the fake nails), and lash techs. There's school for aesthetics, to get certifications. And guess I will see with this new pack if it goes into what my husband does who is a maintenance tech for property management. I also work for a company in property management. But it at least touches a bit on it.
Glad you're enjoying the mods. I'm looking to see how deep property management is in the game as well.
