Hotel Hospitality Mod adds functional and ownable hotels to The Sims 4.

Important: Make sure you have just one venue list in your mod's folder.
Mod Conflicts
It's always possible for a mod to conflict with this one, but I don't know of any. This mod is primarily made using mod constructorv4 so it's custom but if you have any issues just le me know.
You can sell the business using the retail UI but be aware the remaining function of the retail UI should not be used in any way.
How To Setup A Hotel
Get a hotel lot from the gallery or build one of your own. Give the lot the Hotel venue type. Next add the Hotel Manager Lot Trait. This will give your Sim the Hotel Manager trait when they arrive and remove it when they leave.
Make sure the hotel has 8 or more hotel rooms, front desk area, and activities for the guests while they're there. A basegame computer is required to run the hotel properly.
Note: During testing I noticed that the lot trait didn't always work, so you'll also get the trait when you purchase a venue.
Troubleshooting
First be aware that the venue converts back to generic once you purchase the venue. It will not remain hotel venue.
You should be able to purchase the venue if it's the generic lot type as well. In case hotel doesn't show up.
If the venue doesn't show up when you try to purchase it then try another venue list. There are several. Basemental has one, littlemssam, and a few others.
How This Works
Once your hotel is setup you will need to be on a residential lot, have a basegame computer for the interactions to show up, and select "Purchase Hotel". This will take you to the world map where you'll need to remember where you placed your hotel. Find and select the hotel you placed or created to purchase.
The price will be the value of the lot, so you'll need to have the full amount to purchase.
Just like purchasing a retail lot, you'll need to transfer some money into the business. WARNING!!! do not attempt to use any of the features for hiring and marking up prices etc from the retail ui. However you can use the sell retail store button to get rid of the hotel and potentially break even.
Also be aware you might have to give it the Hotel venue type again once you've sold it.
How To Run A Hotel
There are 4 key menus that will help you run the hotel. Front Desk and Security System are on the computer, Hospitality and Security are social. Starting out you'll need the Front Desk menu. From this menu you can Book Hotel Guests, process payments every 24 hours, and close the hotel if needed.
Book Hotel Guests - will open the hotel and 8 hotel guests will arrive. They will interact with whatever is availabe in the hotel. Assign beds if you want them to sleep in a particular room.
Close The Hotel - will force all the guests to leave.
Process Payments - Will loot a random amount up to $3000
To make the hotel more functional hire different services. Click on stove to hire caterer, use phone to hire other service npc's.
How To Install
-Unzip file. Keep all files in the folder. Place the folder in your Sims 4 Mods Folder.
-Sims 4 game options, mods and script mods need to be enabled.
-Requires the latest version of Sims 4

I'm not sure because you can technically create hotels with certain expansions.
I did everything right. The only problem is my computer doesnt have a hotel management section idk why?? I bought here as a hotel but this section doesnt Show up
This version isn't supported. The latest versions is v4
So, Ive set up the hotel, added the hotel lot trait and venue, and am using the all in one PC like mentioned in other comments, but its still not coming up for me to purchase the hotel. How can I fix this?
Is there another option to download without the .rar?
I have it working now, its just my Sim cant buy the hotel? Iv'e set the Lot Type and Trait to Hotel. How does my Sim purchase the hotel?
Purchase on a basegame computer, all in one power pc. It should show up then. Also make sure you've setup the hotel before purchase. Please let me know if you get this working for you or not.
Hi, I have just downloaded this MOD. When I have come to build mode the Hotel Lot Type wasn't there but the Hotel Trait is there. How do I solve this?
Try this venue list and remove the previous one. https://www.curseforge.com/sims4/mods/venue-changes/files/4441036 if this one doesn't work try basemental.
Hi, I'm using basementals venuelist and the Hotel lot type isn't showing up.. Does it have to be zerbus venuelist? Is the lot type needed or is the lot traits enough? There is a lot trait hotel and a lot trait sleazy motel, I put them both on for now lol
Sleazy motel lot trait will spawn motel manager and motel guests. It'll just spawn npc. The hotel lot trait will loot a trait. Both are fine if you want. If needed just use the purchase hotel interaction to get the needed trait. Then setup a hotel as generic, add computers. That's all you need for the mod to work. This way you don't need a venue list or deal with the retail ui.

Try a different venue list. Available from littlemssam or basemental. There are a few more out there too.

This is so awesome! I do have a question, though. Do we have to use Zerbu's Venue List to use your mods or is Basemental's Venue List an acceptable alternative?
Whichever works for you. The zerbu worked for me while the others didn't. For some reason the zerbu doesn't work for some and they'll use another one.
