Pixxel Shack Daycare Center (Functional)

This is a very simple build.  Basegame compatible with a few custom content items.  There are two ways to make this functional.  Use the Live In Business mod if you plan to have a homebased daycare center.  I left a room empty just in case you need that as a bedroom.  I also recommend redecorating to your taste.

The second option is More Buyable Business Mod, both are by LittleMsSam, where you run it as a stand alone business while maintaining a separate residential lot.  Please read either of the mod download pages to get full details on how those mods work.
