Minor Fixes/Update Log 19/04

I made minor fixes to these two mod releases:

-Para-Medic (MGS Delta): cleaning up the list file to remove the unwanted and unusable second hair entry

-Hailey (The First Descendant): cleaning minor meshes anomaly on the second hair (loose long hair

Overall not really important issue and mostly unnoticeable, but if you do notice them and want cleaner result you can click each link to the release post of respective mods and download the updated files there.

I will make post like this to notify update on mods because they may not noticeable after got buried under newer mods
