Hey friends! Just wanted to share a little about what I have been up to recently, and what I have goin on for me in the near future! Life has its ups and downs, dramas and victories, and I like to be frank and share my life with you :)

Thanks for the update! Random thoughts (mostly because it is curiously hard to keep a train of thought going, must be a serious distraction or something ;)): yes the dress is awesome, I love and hate the periodic butt jiggles because they make me lose my focus on your update (but I think I like them more than not), and be proud of your progress at the gym! I started working out after recovering from a nasty bout with sciatica and had to learn how to pick up a 20lb medicine ball without hurting myself. I learned I could only aim to be just a little bit better than I was yesterday. That said, a 195lb hip lift is no joke (which might explain why the butt jiggles are as distracting as they are :))!j
