Throwback photos from my alc0holism days.

In the first 2 shots, i was 16 years old. That necklace was given to me by my first boyfriend. Those photos are at my dads house (in the driveway and in my bedroom)

In the next photo I was barely 18. Already had my heart ripped out, shirt says "If all else fails at least I'm hot".

4th and 5th photos I was 19. This was the age I learned to self-medicate instead of feeling my pain. It was better than... the other thing i was doing before alcohol...

The other ones were between 19-22. You can also see my second car in there, the one I crashed into a ditch when I blacked out for the first time. My driver door was ripped off by the jaws of life, so I "fixed" it with wood, plexiglass, and duct tape.

I just celebrated 13 years of sobriety this April! And in a few weeks is my actual birthday!
