The Canals of Neom: TF Live in Sydney feat. Tom Walker and Demi Lardner
It's the free one!
Our friends Tom Walker and Demi Lardner are certified Neom-heads. They simply can't get enough of The Line. And as a result, we saved all the best Neom content we could in order to subject them to it at our live show at The Great Club in Marrickville, Sydney, Australia on November 10. We absolutely loved this show and hope you do, too.

Call me Jordy LaForge the way I'm training data
That’s it, I’m doing a Neom on Simcity 2000. Wish me luck
Funniest thing about the Walkie Talkie fiasco is that it was the SECOND TIME the architect had designed a death ray building by mistake, the same thing happened at a building he designed in Vegas
so, reincarnation is real and we found the soul of Archimedes?
Look this was pretty funny but can Tom and Demi immediately recall the names and models of aughties Australian cars? I don't think so (Bris show attendee)
Riley trying to take back control of the exposition they were doing, resorting to saying that tower 7 was a controlled demolition ahahah. Riley could've gotten rid of the bonus noise much earlier had they yes-and'ed Milo on it.
boy does alice have a whole podcast for him on that
Isn't the point of Neom (to the extent it has a point) that being in a line will eliminate transportation problems? Then why do they need the autonomous helicopters?
which would win: broad top down authoritarian master plan vs. a target audience of guys who are litteral princes
Great episode. Dearly missed Alice.
Ahahah ahah the simlish bit. Fuck yeah the sims
Start taking oats
The reopening showing Black Panther was the after 35 years reopening, not the more recent post-covid opening. For years, Saudi Arabia banned movie theaters. You would have to drive to Bahrain if you wanted to watch a movie still in theaters. Extremely normal country.
thus making black panther the first officially hallal movie
Good morning, Theo. Today we're going hooning in me ute.
It's always incredible to hear Tom and Demi be the most grounded members of a show
Have you done any coverage of vertical aerospace it’s a electric flying car company that’s in Bristol?
10 things I hoon about you
me and my friends would’ve killed ET with helicopters I can tell you that much
Regarding assigned reading (and also regarding being bullied): why not create a module with Evgeny Morozov’s website “The Syllabus”? https://www.the-syllabus.com/
Alice has rejected this video multiple times on Da YouTube Zone (“20 minute video about Cities: Skylines” outweighing “…about NEOM”): https://youtu.be/e6BVMv0yHMg
When I was looking up the other video, this result also popped up (“We have women construction managers in Saudi Arabia!”): https://youtu.be/A-CBr_QbPYM
also good GOD i reckon you could get a lot of use out of a drop of Milo saying "that's my understanding of the spectrum"
far out it's weird to hear a North American accent say the word "hoon" lmfao. truly Strange vibes, much more so than from the English hosts
I would never have made it thru the gender reveal hoon bit without a drag racing joke
I think past a certain point you need Victoria Scott with you when talking about cars. https://youtu.be/CoAMZ_Gylrk
aka Gender reveals don't melt steel beams
It's weird how line went up, then line went down and now line is going... Horizontal?
Give it a sec and it will start twirling, twirling, twirling towards Freedom Tower
