I know it was a joke from Milo but medieval architecture was often extremely colorful (Cathedrals were painted) so we probably see fewer colors today than they did back then. But they didn't have Robins Egg Blue, so it's impossible to say which is better

The best way to decrease healthcare costs is simply decrease demand. If healthcare decreases while supply stays the same, the market will dictate that healthcare prices will go down
