One Night Stand 08 because it’s so exxxxxtreeeemmeeeee
Fred movie, it has John Cena, so counts
I'm recommending Over the Edge: In Your House from 1998, primarily for the main event of Dude Love vs. Stone Cold for the world title with Vince as referee, Pat Patterson as ring announcer, Gerald Brisco as timekeeper, and The Undertaker as guest enforcer. It's a super fun match, there's a lot of famous meme quotes from JR, and it's a great brawling main event. Also has The Rock defending the IC title, Kaientai vs. Bradshaw and Taka Michinoku, Kane vs. Vader, and LOD 2000 w/ Sunny and Droz.
Wrestlemania 18

Gonna vouch for XPW Baptized In Blood III again, or something from the early 90's or even late 80's, like a Super Fight In Tokyo Dome or WCW Superbrawl 3, or Survivor Series 1987? Or Capital Combat 1990, which has a really cursed card beyond just the one thing everyone remembers.
Survivor Series 2003. Vince blades 2 seconds into his match against Undertaker, Shane vs Kane in an Ambulance Match, and Steve Austin’s team vs Bischoff’s team to see if Austin is fired or not
PWG Fear - Steen & Super Dragon vs. The Young Bucks in Guerrilla Warfare!
NWA-TNA PPV #51 (June 25, 2003). It has one of the best matches in TNA history (the first Triple X vs. AMW steel cage match) plus Justin Credible brawling with Jerry Lynn on a farm. https://impactwrestling.com/channel/asylum-years/asylum-years-2003/video/nwa-tna-ppv-51-june-25-2003/
Bikers Court with Hacksaw Jim Duggan - "...a worked cross between Judge Judy and Jerry Springer, with bikers as the jurors, a silicon implanted bailiff and Duggan carrying his 2X4 as the judge.” – The Wrestling Observer Newsletter: February 21, 2000. https://vimeo.com/281196419
TNA Turning Point 2004 - Triple X vs. AMW where Skipper does the cage walk, The Kings Of Wrestling (Jeff Jarrett, Kevin Nash & Scott Hall) vs. AJ Styles, Jeff Hardy & Randy Savage (last ever match) and a really good Petey Williams vs. Chris Sabin match. This is also where they invade the WWE commercial.
CZW Cage of Death VI - Has the super fun SBS (Excalibur and Super Dragon) vs. Steen and El Generico match plus the insane Cage of Death spotfest of Team Cash (Chris Cash, JC Bailey, Nate Webb & Sexxxy Eddy) vs. BLKOUT (Jack Evans, Eddie Kingston, Ruckus & Sabian).

Armageddon 1999 slaps. The Vince and HHH main event is way better than it has any right to be. It’s also got Chyna and Jericho and Kane vs. X-Pac. It’s a fun show worth watching.
Imma throw TNA Bound for Glory 2008 or WWE Backlash 2006 so we can see Shawn Michaels team with God.
Great American Bash 2004. It had that fucked Bullrope match between JBL & Eddie, plus the Undertaker/Dudley Boyz "Concrete Crypt" handicap match. Also MORDECAI. Also also LUTHER REIGNS.
