Taz is absolutely insane on commentary here. I think Vince told him to be over the top like Jerry Lawler but I don't think it lasted long because Taz is nothing like this later on in his commentary career. Like he still makes jokes but he's not forcing it if you know what I mean.

Looking at the card, the dark match has a team I’ve never heard of called The Dupps, a southern bumpkin family gimmick. I guess one of the members was a pre-Trevor Murdock. Neat. Also, Regal vs Crash sounds awesome.

Just read through the recap and this might be the most Deadlock episode of Heat ever
The fact this was also the night of the first episode of Jackass is cool, remember watching them and tough enough all together on a block.
