The year is 2005, and a lot of changes are happening in the WWE, including the first glimpse of a return of ECW. ECW One Night Stand has come and gone, but not without it's controversy. JBL, after drinking a few, decided that it was time to take out the top dog in ECW in an in-ring segment at the end of the show, and decided to legitimately start punching The Blue Meanie in the head. So much so, that he busted him open!
That story became big news on the internet, which leads us to this match here. It's one month after One Night Stand on WWE SmackDown, and JBL steps into the ring with the Blue Meanie! It's receipt time.
