DEADLOCK Watch This #200
Sometimes, we think that these companies are just looking out for new stuff for us to watch.
On this edition of WATCH THIS, we take a look at the previously unreleased tryout match footage from 2008 of former ROH World Champion Takeshi Morishima. There are TWO matches in this video, and one has to wonder where the WWE went wrong here. Or maybe Morishima. Or Tony Atlas?

Wait Jim Johnston was still employee. WHY DID HE MAKE THIS THEME IN THE FIRST PLACE?!?!?!?!?!
there's a world where Mori Shima in the Vaseline Vision we see here is in those dumbass 'the 2008 WWE roster was STACKED' posts
They used the same music for Bull Nakanos HOF entrance 😖😖😖😖
TBF that was Bull Nakano's theme when she was in the WWF
That Music...Wtf🤣🤣🤣
I'm sure these matches are gonna be pretty interesting. *Plays video. Sees Tony Atlas and hears a gong. Pauses video* .......FUCKIN WHAT?!
Morishima, Mark Henry and Tony Atlas would have been a crazy trio in ECW
Maury Sheema
I'm starting to become a Maury Sheema mark, thanks boys!
Dude the Gong immediately after he wins the match is so fucking out of pocket lmfao
I didn't know that was Charlie Haas' theme, I deadass thought it was Simon Dean. Would have blown my cock away.
Gong is nuts. Gong is so insane.
The video started and the first thing I saw was Tony goddamn Atlas and I slammed my head through a wall
Shoutout to Chimel for fumbling Morishima's name so much lol
Morishima's luscious locks are gonna live free in my head forever, just like the sound of that Gong lmfao
it is good that the wwe never signed him because he would be a fat racist comedy guy within six months of debuting probably dressed up like a baby or something
Boys I just found a relic on eBay. A ring worn XWF jersey signed by both Nasty Boys is out there for y’all to snipe
This is exactly what James needs
They gave Morishima the Greg Valentine line up
the boys need to watch that flesh Gordon and Kizarny match
This is so fucking based
OF COURSE they give Morishima the racist chopsticks theme from the 80's
Late to this, but WWE racistly fucked over every Japanese wrestler between TAKA and Nakamura on entrance themes, and they eventually fucked over TAKA too. A truly kick-ass theme was the only thing Tajiri was missing during his WWE run, and he got treated better than most Japanese or ex-ECW wrestlers at the time.
Dragon Ball AH Music
AWYEAHMAN
Maury CIMA is my Goat
idk how vince seen this and said “yea fuckkkk thatttt” 😭
I haven’t watched yet bc I’m at my brothers disabled veteran Olympics but I bet this match cooked bc THE BOYS ARE BACK!
Billy is back with a new opinion on these 2 matches. The wrestling GAS the music ASS.
Vince 100% would have made him Yokuzuna Tunior
orient express theme super racist
Morishima's theme should have just been the Tony Atlas laugh on loop
IM HUNNNGRY
That Tony Atlus laugh always has me dying
The most universe mode ass matches ever lol I was literally thinking about what happened to Morishima the other day
Tragic that the boys talked over Tony Chimel announcing him as “MORISHIMO” after the Noble match that reaction would’ve been legendary 😔
They literally used that entrance song for every Japanese wrestler ever in the 90s Orient express and Bull nakano had it for her run
y’all doin something special for the 200th watch this? 👀
"All the people who said no to Morishima, in order" LMFAO
I can’t even imagine what they would’ve done with him if he actually got signed, they probably would’ve put him in a tag with Yoshi Tatsu or something
The gong was nuts. Unbelievable that they passed him over when they had Tatanka on the roster
Tryout match run-in is nuts
damn y’all almost at 200 watch this episodes??
As soon as these were uploaded I thought “this is gonna be a Watch This”
I saw Tony Atlus ans immediately closed it and waited for the boys to upload this
patiently awaiting ufc 5 sgh
Purposefully didn't watch these when they dropped cuz I knew the boys would be doing a watch this
Where is Khalid
