What I take from the Ningbo fight is Paco is using his stand “The Hustle” to manipulate the site of the “balloons”. So he moved the expanding spots from his neck to his hand and triggered the explosion by punching Ningbo in the face therefore using his own stand ability against him in the process. Which would also explain the mini-monologue Paco makes when redirecting the attack.

I think Paco used the hustle to loosen ningbos grip & paco put his hand in ningbos mouth so it would explode inside him

I thought that when paco stuck his fist in ningbo’s mouth, paco was using the hustle to cling inside while his hand expands causing Ningbo’s head to explode. Also dude I didn’t even realize that Ningbo asking for the gun was triggering the Mattekudasai. That’s so cool I love part 9 so much. Thank you for these read throughs, your the best!
