One point of interest for me is how starting at page 9 or so and then throughout the chapter Charmingman seems to be constantly using Bigmouth around his eye. Makes me wonder if he wasn’t able to fully reconstitute himself after the attack or if he’s using it to hide/manage the damage for some reason? Just seems like an odd little detail to be there so consistently. He also doesn’t seem to be too hurt after being initially infected but that could just be to give the others more focus

So from what I can see, they basically got Mr White’s fingerprint and used it to send the document which already had Mr White’s signature on it. I’m pretty sure Agent Bobby Jean is a government agent because the guy was asking if he was investigating Howler, so he is either searching for evidence against Howler in his spare time (doubtful) or he is corrupt and helping Howler from within the government.
