Spark of Joy First Edition Next Month!

Hey ya'll -

Happy Friday, I hope you're doing well. It's been a week, lemme tell you...but you're not here for that, are you? So let's get to what you are here for, which is games, and game updates. I'm sharing this publicly since I'd love for folks to get a sense of how we're doing, what we're up to, and of course, what it means for Big Chungus Productions now that we've had two developers working on everything for the last many months.

As you know, Her Heart's Desire the remake is coming along well, and has a new update this Sunday. That's made by yours truly, Brosef. My partner was the genius responsible for helping me with my games for years, but never working on them herself, until she helped with the remake of Horny Holiday.

For the sequel, Spark of Joy, that's also her project, and she's now creating better animations than me, as well as (in my opinion) some incredible artwork that's also better than my own. The game has been in development for months, with a break in October for the localization to Chinese for Horny Holiday. I don't have all the stats, but I played an early alpha edition a few months ago, which was quite fun.

There will be similar mechanics in Spark of Joy to Horny Holiday; elements of free roam, point & click, and of course, a lot more animation than my games so far. We've both been studying the film industry to learn more techniques, improve our quality, and get better at game development. This year, personally I've been studying more than I have for any other year since I started making games under my old brand, back in 2015.

Patreon supporters will have first crack at Spark of Joy, with the usual release cascade once per week, and we're looking for feedback, for input, and we want to make everything our best work so far. That goes for Her Heart's Desire, and Spark of Joy, as well as when I resume work on Milfy Cases next year, and Ardent Passions after that.

Thanks for reading, and even if you don't support us here financially, writing reviews, recommending our games to other folks, or liking our social media posts - anything & everything matters, and it's a massive boost to help us in our goals of delivering ever better player experiences for as long as we can.

Nine years in, I'm not going anywhere, and based on my math, I figure I've got another 20-50 years of gamedev left. We'd love to have you along for the ride.

Cheers,

Brosef Chungus (and partner)
