The Flashbulb - Untie (Demo, Unreleased)
A tune I wrote in late 2018 that simply didn't fit on Our Simulacra, or anywhere really. Honestly I think I was just subconsciously really inspired by Herbie Hancock's 70's records which I were listen to almost exclusively at the time.
This song/melody is eternally in my head though. I will likely make an improvised piano version or something.

any chance of posting the lyrics? I'm driving myself crazy trying to decipher the first line.
Really nice track. The vocoder part is not as much to my personal taste, but still sits well in the overall arrangement, and the rest is amazing to me. I would love to hear an album full of tracks that fit together with this one someday.

In love with the vocoder sound and melody. Reminds me a bit of Squarepusher's "Plug Me In" :)
anyone else hear Future-Recovery vibes from those drums? :)
Catchy and downright soulful. Thanks for sharing!
Beautiful track Benn
