Discord Invite link:
As you may know, the Discord invite system has been messed up for quite some time in relation to our server/Patreon. This link should be an unlimited invite link, however you may find that it will expire randomly.
I've contacted support and all that an exhausting amount of times and wish I could get that time back. 😂
Anyhow, here's the link.
If it stops working, just leave a comment saying "cooked" or "nope" or something, and I'll put a date next to a new link.
Keep an eye on this post, as I'll give it a few goes. This is embarrassingly stupid, but we can't expect a meager $15 billion chat service company to fix invites in a super fast 6 month window, can we?

Not sure if this is the right place for this but here goes: Any chance you'll ditch Discord for Matrix or XMPP? You could even self-host it (got a hunch you're just the type for that 😉 ) I'd personally love to join in on a server using those protocols instead of Discords increasingly enshittified platform.

hey make sure you are editing the invite link once created and set it to not expire, by default they expire!
Benn is a genius when it comes to everything tech related. Everything but Discord... Pray for him
Or something Edit: this link worked for me https://discord.gg/N8JyAkE5HW
Thanks Clayton, this link worked for me too!
No workie
Anyone have a new discord link?
invite link says "Email already exist" no matter what i do.. I even created a new email, and it wont let me in !
FWIW, if Benn were (**able to**) link the Patreon to the Discord (this is built in Patreon creator functionality), then people joining the Patreon would (if they opted in to it) be auto-joined to the Discord, avoiding this entire "invite link expired" dance. See "Setting up Discord for your members" in the Patreon "Community Tools" documentation, particularly the bit where you authorise the Patreon Discord bot to join Patreon members to the Discord server. The Permalink to Discord in the pinned post (2024) body did work for me, but the one at the top of that post *and* the one in the Membership page both don't work (in different ways), presumably because they expired. **ETA**: reading between the lines it seems this link has been tried several times, and not worked; which is weird as it works for most other Patreon / Discord combos I've encountered. The invite link is invalid or expired.
The one provided in the post above worked on Apr 24, '25. https://discord.gg/Hrh7fdfNfg
Hey folks! The link in https://www.patreon.com/posts/discord-invite-114217314 seemed to work for me
yeah broke bad - discord seems not to be your friend.
It would be really nice to have a real forum or similar instead of a discord room that expires all the time. Of all the creative and technically minded people in this comunity surely there is someone willing and trustworthy to run a Discourse server
Coooooked

Yeah this no worky once again - Discord really has it out for you, huh? lol
"Whoops...." etc.
I get a "Whoops... Unable to accept invite" error.
I joined a different Patreon last month and it's having the same issue. Pretty frustrating they're leaving such a core feature bugged.
