Hi guys!
This Tuesday the server will be unavailable due to the preparation for the update. After the update you will need to download a new version of the launcher.
The server will not work from 5 am to 13-14 pm.
The server will not be available on May 22 from 5 AM to 13 PM (GMT-7)
Have a nice day. See you.

It isn’t loading all I see is a black screen
You can download the new launcher now from thier site. You cannot log in yet as the servers are not up. The start page has different art...... The lass looks like a hybrid to me. Her eyes, maybe makeup maybe not.
The launcher must be 10.0
Excuse me but i cant log in to my game its saying that my pass or username is invalid when i tried recovery it said Email not found can you please help me
Are you able to read? Because he said it in the post: "The server will not be available on May 22 from 5 AM to 13 PM (GMT-7)". As long as the server is down, we get the message, "our passwort is invalid and the username does not exists anymore."
What is 13 pm?

wanted to ask same like Dark Rooster
It says we will need to download a new version of the launcher. Does that mean we need to manually download it from the website or does our current launcher download it automatically from within the launcher. And if we need to manually download from the website is the launcher available to download now?
I'd wait until we get the official patch announcement before tinkering with install etc
ah so that's why I was having trouble logging in xD
Any news from the update ? Is it already done or not yet ?
I think its only like 8:30AM in GMT -7
What's the difference between the 1`0,20 and 50 tiers? It seems all the extras passed $10 are labeled as (soon)
At this time, you can not edit the apartment. And you can invite only Marina from all the assistants. On this worth warning - (soon).
