NEW RACE
A unique race flew in from the double star Sirius. This becomes available after passing a small prehistory of this event.
To activate a new race, you need to build a market.
Basic Sirian skills:
Health 1-2
Endurance 3-5
Strength 1-1
Fecundity 5-7
Intellect 1-2
Sexiness 1-3
Features of race:
Very high fecundity in females of this species. High probability of birth from two or more cubs. It depends on how much the female is developed. In addition, representatives of this species are quite hardy. It contributes to sex.
Food consumption - 4 units
Sex poses - M+M | W+W | M+W
GLOBAL DEVELOPMENTS AND CHANGES
We made several changes to the existing structure of the game and added several new features based on your requests.
Redistribution. This will change the working class to your colonist.
The choice of skill for training for breeders.
Display of the colonist relatives and their profession in the distribution zone.
Display names and professions of relatives in the hostel.
Episodes. The ability to replay some key scenes without affecting the gameplay.
We also made many technical changes, because we had to change the existing gaming system.
In the near future, I will add to the administration building comparative tables of the Human and Extraterrestrial races. To you it was more convenient to navigate among them. Because races differ in many ways.
The next stage we will start creating quests and tasks. We also want to add a rating of the colonies with weekly awards. But I'll tell you about it next time.

Yea totally! It's a fun game to get lost in. Some little UX things would make the gameplay more streamlined - just some feedback. It can be hard to come by these days :-)

Great update! I have some feedback (is this the right place to post this?), It would be useful to be able to redistribute your colonists (both that are free or are already working somewhere) from the redistribute scene. At the moment you can only redistribute free colonists there and you have to go into each workplace and "cancel employee", then hostel to "redistribute", then go back to the redistribute area - this should be easier to do.. Great game though! Keep up the good work mate <3

I tried only having sirians to breed but they won’t appear unless there’s a human male and female to make the ui appear. If all human male or female are training, the ui for this sex won’t appear and breeding sirians won’t be possible.
There’s also a little visual bug with the female sirians lips when mating.
Wondering if it will be (is) possible to interbreed?
People and aliens? Not at the moment. But it will appear in the future. For this we need to create several types of Hebrides. Because with copulation of different species can not appear a clean result :)
Played thorugh the episode yesterday, but there are now sirians in the market or elsewhere to be found :o

The update looks good, Pandorium, thank you. I agree with ksp21 that you should allow Sirians to be trained and traded even if you don't have animations for that yet. That should be a pretty easy thing to add without the artwork, shouldn't it? Keep up the good work

Ok guys i must tell u my impresion. To be honest i am a bit disapointed with this update. We have waited 3 months, and we have a new race that have 1 sex pose(3 consodering same sex pose), that can't be tained, so in any little advanced colony is nearly useless, and i still can't found them in the market, so actually they are nothing more than a decoration, at max u can breed some of them to sell for money that when u complete all the updates u have nothing to do with. We have finally the possibility to choose what skill to train in breeder, but without any separation between the two experience bar. Another thing very requested is the realocation that is usefull only for eventual mistakes, beacause if i have a colonist with high skill in endurance but low in fertility and strenght it's obviuos that i can use it only as a farmer. This togheter with very minor stuff is all. I understand that the work is a lot and everything else, but 3 months of awaiting are simply to much for this, considering the support that u have. Personally i was waiting this uptade for taking a decision to upgrade to a 10$, but considering how slow the progress are i don't think to do it more. I don't want to offend anyone, only to express my opinion.
Two months for drawing and writing code is very good. One scene can be created a week, and sometimes two weeks. It is necessary to invent, draw, create logic, and subordinate to the general principle. Some points, such as redistribution, required changes in several files at once. I think this conversation is useless. Because we talk about different things. Perhaps, if you create your game, you will understand that everything is much more complicated than it may seem. Being able to train the Sirians stats (farmers, miners, breeders etc) would be nice in the near future. Right now they can't really improve.
Completely agree with u, like they are now, in an advanced colony tey are useless.

Anyone found out yet how to unlock if you already have a market ? not getting anything , cant even replay the old episode intro. Not going to start over to unlock it (and if that is needed, why the 8 hr hassle of preserving old data)
If you started the game anew, and just built a market, then the event will begin two days after that. The event will start immediately if you already had a market before this update.
At what point do you get the new quest?
provided all necessary buildings are built. A prerequisite is the market.
Reinstalling fixed all my stuck loading issues. Nothing else worked for me before that. Try complete redownload if u have issues that wont fix

Game loads to 70% & then black screens. I am running as Admin & have reinstalled it. Any help?
After downloading all the files? Then it means that when you downloaded, you had an error. you need to reinstall the game (delete the folder with the game).
if all human breeder on training , can't see sirians in breeding room. mignt a bug?
at bottom panel of each side (closest to the GO buttion) 2 opions, People or Sirians (if u dont have have them, all is clear), no cross breeding yet as both switch to selected race at same time. unlike most other buttons, they are not animated (yet?).
is it possible to customize the main character?
Not yet, it will be someday.
how long till the ambassador arrives?
If you do not have a market, then you first need to build it. In two days the ambassador will appear. If you already had a market, the message will appear immediately.
does the cutscene automatically activate immediately after building a market? cause i built mine and nothing has happened yet. by the way, super excited for this update.
After the creation of the market, it takes time for the arrival of the Sirians. The event does not occur immediately.
Thank you! Appreciate your hard work guys! And can you please add one small feature that might be useful ? : Add notification to colonist skill when mouse over in market screens, the same way it is shown in hotels. This would make it easier to buy or sell colonists (in cases user forgot what job is looking for, especially when selling)

Is crossbreeding not allowed? I cant breed a human and an alien together
(Don't know how much) repetita. It will be possible in the future. The new race have been splitted in several steps. The crossbreed is in a further update.

Hi, i saw sirians intro, and i see new tab for sirians in the market, but there are no sirians there. is it ok? Also episode button doesn't work for me...
Same, it says something like "I have to wait the next slaver ship". Don't know how much time it requires but I'm lacking of patience about it clearly.
and what I also missed, when you are in the breeding screen, if all your humans are in training you can't select the Sirians..
Pointing bugs are essential to help them improve. If you find some more do not hesitate to post them. Just take some time to take a look if it's not already pointed.

I played for a few minutes, after I was waiting for the update, before starting to train again, to not waste money, and I find you need some additions when you are handling lot of folks in your colony: either enable mouse wheel to scroll, the game remembers the screen where you left when you visited one colonist, so you don't have to scroll down again, and/or which is my favorite bulk training, where you can select in the hostel overview who all you wish to train in which skill
It is a game in progress. So wait a few they can't give you all made within minutes. There are several issues that will fade but with time. So it is usefull for them to point the things you think are wrong, not practical, or missing, with some developements, details, not just a raw point of view. It gives them ways to explore to improve the game.

I don't really understand how to trigger the event (with sirians). I'm kind of waiting and wondering around but nothing's happening or am i supposed to do something to trigger it? And I can't open the messages tab (i get a black empty screen), is that supposed to happen?
If you started the game anew, then you need to build a market. After this, two days (real time) will take place so that you can do everything you need. And only after that the Syrians will appear.
In occasion of slow work - now a large number of people download updates, for this reason the game is slowly being downloaded.

It is unlikely. Time is connected to the server and is common (date and year) for everyone. This is necessary for future updates.
Ran into a small bug I think, UI bug when i try to unload or sell resources nothing is clickable after unloading at the mine (had to exit and restart the game I did receive the resources)
Me too. But this happens randomly in a lot of places. Trying to train. Suck. Try to breed, Stuck. Try to click on pretty much anything and the game lags for about 10-15 secs before it decides to ether freeze completely or just start working again.

Do you mean the starting story? Sirians will appear after the prehistory with the ambassador of Sirius.
Im stuck on new game trying to "create" new character, its just stuck there after pressing "create" have restarted the game and also run it as admin. nothing has changed. EDIT: And now im just stuck on connecting, I guess server is havin a load right now :)
