May translation and bugfix update 1.2d

Bugs fixed:
- color palette for female body types
- slums weird character changes during hiring
- female hero starts with lazy and nympho (1.2c update)
- bunch of typos and grammar mistakes corrected
- Eva event added to the cheat panel

How do you get the nympho for FM hero?? or did they take that out?
I don't think they ever had the Nympho trait on FC (Female Character) or FM hero as you call it. It would make sense to have it though ;) But try to sit in the chair, as female, masturbate till you find a dildo. That item is designed to gain exp and levels. The more levels it has the more Mood it gives back to FC and girls she use it with ;)
I am having problems hiring eva
WC room has a white block on left hand side of the screen and I believe this is the event where you acquire Eva.

One concern debt collectors keep on coming back for $0 out of $0 my debts cleared but yet I still see them?
I think debt collectors are tied to the first end-game part, which is not yet written, so it's a good thing they keep coming as your game would truly be stuck when we get a game version where the Debt can truly be paid out in full. Until that happens, I would make sure to have a little debt with the Bank ;)
Great just started playing , can u build on 2nd floor seem stuck on one level only,no response when click to go for further rooms ? help
So far the hotel/brothel only has 2 floors, main floor and basement. Basement opens up after you get to "next stage" which is making it into a Massage Parlour. Option for that happens after the Police has visited and you talk to Alice about Business, she will inform of her massage idea and you can ask what is needed for it. If you meet the requirements you can tell her to make it happen, if not, you have to work for the requirements to be met and then speak to hear about it again. If you already have basement open and wonder about new building floors above main floor, then they are not created and we don't know if they will be created (Though I think we all hope for more floors?). The floor shift button goes between the 2 existing floors no matter if you choose up or down arrow.

how do i sleep with Eva?
Every time you enter the Bank there is a 1/10 chance that Eva is not at her desk, if that happens she is in the WC and then you can play out the event with her. If lucky you will get the tricker for that Eva event fast, but for most it takes a lot of days for it to happen. When she is in the WC here is a tip: Don't start by talking to her, for the first two event "dialogue" parts there are choices where she will leave the WC and you would have to spend game days again for it to tricker once more. If you are a $10+ Patreon you have the cheat tool which you from 1.2d version can use to check out how to successfully play out events, Eva's is on that list as well, from 1.2d that is. Note that events played that way does not save, so if you use that event tool you would have to close and restart game for save function to start working again.
Actually for a female main character nympho would be a pretty useful trait to have, after all she wouldn't suggest opening a brothel if she weren't interested in the D.

So... if you have a negative balance and you lose against those dept collectors, they actually take your negative money? They also come back everyday for more negative money, might be because of an old save file though.

And of course all fetishes will be optional, they have already said that. I prefer that as it allows the player to customise the game to their exact tastes rather than be forced to look at something they dont want. Win Win situation I think, yes?

Futanari... Along with catgirls, tentacle monsters, giant fighting robots, Godzilla and Rodan.... I think I prefer my brothel simulator to remain just that (with the odd whimsical add-on such as the basement bot). There are plenty of other sources for Hentai and I do not feel it is needed here.
