Well needed update on what's happening

I want to start by sincerely apologizing for the repeated delays on the next update. I had originally aimed to release it in February well ahead of Valentine's Day as you all know, but as I started rendering the new animations, my PC began shutting down mid render queue each night. I'd wake up to check on it and the animations would hardly be half done rendering. It turned into a major headache that I couldn't resolve quickly.

After troubleshooting for a few days with no luck, I decided to migrate everything over to my backup Alienware rig which is where I got my 4090 from. Setting it up stably and getting back to rendering without errors took longer than I would like, but it is what it is I guess. I'm now in the final stretch but I won't sugar coat it, this is gonna take me at least two weeks to actually finish up since I wasn't making any progress. I still need to do every animation and the final scene, but I promise I'm back to working on it fluently.

Thank you so much for your patience and continued support during this rough patch as you guys always have. I want to re-iterate that the update will be released to all Steam users and Itch users who have purchased the game on the same day. There will be no wait in between this time. Everyone has been waiting long enough, and I can only work as fast as possible now.

This PC is not a permanent fix and is certainly not an upgrade, but it will do for now until I can fix up a brand new rig with the best parts I have available to me.
