I've been thinking... Poor Baxter in my playthrough not even being able to enjoy listening to the radio cause every so often he'd hear my MC on it, with him being a singer... The guy can't take a break.

Baxter must have been screaming on the inside when it was suggested the MC go with him to the bakery if he is that dedicated to running away. Can't run away if you are stuck in your own car with them.
I think he always smiles in the MCs general direction without actually looking at her - which I read as him screaming or cursing inside while hiding it behind a professional mask 🤣 love that
