Everyone has a lot of fun when invitations to join the wedding parties go out, haha. There's differences to the conversations based on whether they're in the MC's party, Cove's party, a regular member or the lead, and in some cases changes based on whether someone else is in the same party or not.

You are correct. That is exactly what it means. The couple usually each have their own “party” and usually a person of honor who kind of leads each party.
Is it wrong that I want Derek to actually have to hold onto cove so the poor man doesn't fall? Or Cliff 😆 that would be funny too

I'm gonna be honest, idk what "parties" means. I thought it's just the front seats on each side are for the married couple's families (a side for each) & then the back is just friends & whatever. Like a free for all/sit by who you want. Also glad Derek will be there to catch Cove, & that some of Cove's nervous sweetness is still there. I'd be sad if he grew out of it completely & we could no longer fluster him.
