Our Life: Now & Forever - Love Interest #2 Reveal! (Step 1)

And finally let's meet the second baby you’ll get to know in Our Life: Now & Forever. With a personality as sparkling as her puffy hair and a lot of ground to cover now that she’s arrived in town, it’s the queen of the woods: Tamarack!
Name: Tamarack Baumann

Tamarack has spent her life so far being homeschooled in a rather structure-free type of way because of her parents’ work. Now that she’s getting a little older, her family decided it was best she have a more settled environment to grow in. So, she’s just recently moved into the small mountain town where her Omi (grandmother) and Opa (grandfather) are.
Despite the switch in location, Tamarack hasn’t changed her habits. Each day she’s been there had her running off to have adventures on her own in the sprawling forests surrounding the area. She’s barely even spoken the other kids in the neighborhood. This lighthearted little girl has nothing holding her down. Though, she does still try to be good and help her grandparents with chores whenever she does happen to come back to the house.
Tamarack is full of appreciation and excitement for everything around her. She loves to collect whatever catches her eye, and she is equally happy to share her good fortune by gifting small, random objects to others. Because of that, Tamarack’s always got a large bag in tow during her explorations. It’s a surprise every time what she might pull out of it next.
She may be off in her own little world, but that doesn’t mean there isn’t space for you in it. Quite the opposite. Being a fellow newcomer comer gives you a better shot at reaching Tamarack than anyone else. Will you be double trouble partners in crime who are a handful to everyone except each other, or perhaps some gentle rivalry will develop as you compete for the best finds out in the woods, or something else?

I will do multiple runs for sure! But Tamarack will be the first, I guess. She is just too adorable, her Name hits me because I like to give my female charakters the name Tamara (well I think this time I will look out for another name xD) and has a german background (because I'm german) And I like it alot, that she is special about call her grandmother Omi in this german child-term <3<3

as someone who's name is Tamara I just bugged hahaha but she is adorable!
Her design is gorgeous! Tho I'm curious if calling her grandma "Omi" rather than "Oma" is just a typo or an alternate form of "Oma" I wasn't aware of--I'm not actually German, so it could be either, lol ;p
It's a more fond way of saying "Oma", like saying Granny/Grangran instead of Grandma. :)

Wait, whaaaa a German American?? Like ME? 😍 And mountains! Ooooh, these games are getting eerily relatable. I moved from Germany to the Yosemite area as a kid. I have the utmost confidence that this will be a hundred times better than that though. 🥰 You guys are the best, so excited!

After reading about both LIs, I feel like I want to go the opposite of what I did in OL (outgoing surfer Jaime) and make an introverted nerd Frankie. But, we'll see! Part of what made OL so special was the possible dynamics between Cove and Jaime. I ended up loving the dynamic between Cove and my Jaime, so I hope I'll find a dynamic I like between Frankie and Qiu or Tamarack!

She is an absolute cutie pie. I love her immediately! As for the dynamic... for now, it's just between my OCs with the LIs: Qiu x Evelyn - Almost like a senpai x kouhai relationship. Eevie might fall in love with him at first sight and she gets to learn about the ins and outs of Qiu's home. She comes out so nervous and shy, but as she grows, she becomes confident and Qiu gets to see her blossom into a confident young lady. Tamarack x MJ - MJ just feels the need to protect her since she feels like she'll get herself in trouble (much like how he needs to keeps a close eye on his baby brother Roxas from their original timeline). Sure he doesn't need to, but... he just wants to make sure she's not hurt. So he sticks around with her. As soon MJ's comfortable around her, he shares some of his stories with her. MJ only shares his stories to his family, so sharing them to someone else is a sign that he trusts her.
