Our Life: Beta Build 0.85! (PC & Mac, Android Coming Soon)
And we've finally put together the first beta build for the Step 3 DLC content! We had some hold-ups trying to get the beta to work without it being a problem for the non-beta build of the game, but it should hopefully all be good now. Though, the Android version still needs one or two more days.
Your main game saves will still be fine in the main game but they won't work in the beta! Please start a new file to try the beta content. We recommend keeping any beta saves you make on a separate page from save files made with the main game to avoid mixing them up.
The beta is likely to have small errors in the script or with image displays. We'll continue to polish beta content as time goes on. You're welcome to report things you find.
New Content:
The brand new Moment "Serendipity" is playable from the Step 3 Moment select screen. It adds 18,300 words of additional content
There's been general error fixes
The CG in "Wave" has been updated
What's Missing:
Voice acting hasn't been added to the new Moment yet
The new Moment is impacted by certain prior Moments, but we haven't implemented all the alterations to old scenes that will change if you've done Serendipity first. So if you play the beta content and then go play already released Moments, there could be things that don't make sense with the new info your player got in Serendipity
This DLC Moment is certainly an interesting experience. We hope you'll enjoy! More beta updates are on the way.

i said this once when Chris first met Jeremy and I'll say it again, FRIENDSHIP ENDED WITH SHILOH now Jeremy is his xoxo blooddroplets bff at least Jeremy will be real with him. Shiloh is a snake and Chris has new standards(?) for friends. I like to imagine that even after all this Jeremy still gets short worded text messages or a call from Chris every now and then. Chris is the type of guy you can fall out of contact for years and just pick up again like you met yesterday
side note; i love shiloh, he's a snake but he's my snake u__u

I just finished playing the beta and I think Jeremy has become likeable to me. It actually makes me curious about how he is as a boyfriend. I'm definitely considering getting xoxo droplets once I get paid.
Just finished playing the beta and played through all of the possible dialogues to get different branches. I will agree, it's a very interesting experience. I'm just happy Michael got closure with Jeremy and Shiloh... to an extent. I'm so happy to see the new CG added in the Wave Moment. Again, it really fits the whole art style and it doesn't feel out of place anymore. Looking forward for more beta updates :D
