Our Life: Beta Build 0.40!
Hey everyone!
It's beta time. The Our Life build has gotten another update and it's pretty exciting. Step 1 now has all 10 Moments available! It isn't 100% complete, Step 1 needs more voice acting, updates on how choices impact Cove in the future, more text alterations based on the MC's appearance, and such.
With that said, though, it's still super cool that you can play through the Step without anything being locked. It's all there for you to enjoy. And we really hope you guys will enjoy it. These last couple Moments are quite neat.
New Content:
Two new Moments have been added: Ghost and Runaway!
A new CG was added to the Long Day Moment
The favorite flower choice in Long Day was expanded
Another music track was completed and added in
Errors reported from last time were fixed
Known Issues:
Saves from the old beta or the public demo will have errors if used with the new version. Please start a brand new file.
The choices you make in the new events won't impact Cove in Step 2 yet
New events don't have voice acting yet
If you use the scroll back/page up button it may cause a character sprite to display incorrectly for a bit

It is strange, the download link for Windows doesn't seem to be working anymore.

GAH this was amazing! Both moments had so much variety and choice which made replaying really fun. And I loved how the dialogue changed in Runaway if you did Sleepover first and had Cove leave in that one

So what type of build are we expecting after this? Expanded moments for step one? Or will we get some moments from step 2?
We'll be adding new Step 2 content ^^, along with fixing/refining the Step 1 stuff.
I just played through the new version and it's great as always! One thing that really caught my attention was the interactions with the MC's parents! They were so realistic and lovely that it reminded me of my own mom :D
