OLNF: School Gym BG & New Artist Introduction!
Here's the gymnasium of Riverview Peak! You can't have gym class outside too often. Usually, you'll be breaking a sweat on these shiny floors.
And yes, it is another artist introduction! Now that the script for Step 2 is nearly done, I know how many locations are needed. It's a lot. So many I decided to hire two new BG artists for the project. The gym and school otter logo were created by Ze from Square Weasel Studio. He develops his own visual novels, too. The company's currently released game is Chronicles of Taldun: The Remainder!

Hey everyone, Ze here, thanks for all the lovely comments. And for pointing out it's not totally fitting style-wise. I will do my best to make my work fit in with the game's other arts. The next one is already looking better I think, can't wait to see it posted, but that's up to GB. ^^ Oh and yeah I was really trying to channel my old high school's gym, which was in a suburb of Vancouver, so probably very similar to a lot of north america's public highschool gyms out there!
I've definitely seen gyms like these in high schools here! Spot on. :> It definitely fits the vibe and setting, but I understand why people might have felt the art style was slightly off to me it just feels a lil bright maybe? -- but no matter what it's really lovely and the logo for the school is phenomenal! thank you for your work ^^ !!!
This reminds me of the gym I had gym class in in middle school. I like it. More pleasing to the eye than the gym I had gym class in. Though I miss the red bleachers from that gym as red’s always been my favorite color lol
oughhhhh this is making me miss high school man why did i have to graduate 💔

Ooooo where it begins. DODGEBALLLLL
Is this 3D? The Remainder looks cool, tho this image doesn't look anything like from that game or from OLNF, it feels... out of place. Not sure how to put it... Either way I appreciate all the work you do <3
Zoom in, it’s not 3D but very skilled art.
