OL2: Qiu Voice Sample Step 1
Qiu's turn for a voice sample! They're so precious at this age 💞. The VA did a great job with such a lively character.
VA: Emily Sun
And that's the last sample from our first round of casting! Thanks again to the game's VAs. We won't have more voice actors come on board until Step 2 is fully written, which isn't that far off in the grand scheme of things.

I've been listening to this again and realized I need fanarts of Qiu and Clara meeting, it would be fun XD (Emily Sun voices Clara in HSR so that's who I'm talking about)
i just love the difference between the first line and the last!! the contrast, the talent aaaaa
absolutely loves!! while i feel that qiu would have a more chill tone, im definitely not complaining 💝 cant wait to see how everything comes together!!
Fits them
agghhh sweet qiu they’re so PRECIOUS
omg this ones my favorite so far
AHHHH THIS IS EXACTLY HOW I IMAGINED QIU!! THE VA IS ABSOLUTELY TALENTED! I CAN'T WAIT TO SEE THE VOICE LINES PUT INTO THE GAME FOR ~FULL IMMERSION~
awwwww theyre a sweetheart your honor
Omg, I LOVED this! And you're right, HE SOUNDS SO FRINKING PRECIOUS! And the VA is SO talented! Considering that, all the people who help make you games are REALLY talented! Also that last line, reminds me about a part in one of the moments in the Beta 2.0 version :). Can't wait for this to be in the game!
I can't wait to see more Qiu content <3
I don't know why, but it's just a feeling. It's a great voice, but I imagined Qiu's voice a little differently—sweet/calm. This voice is more cheeky/rebellious, which could suit Darren well. But I can understand if that's how you imagined the voices when creating the characters.
I feel the same but still the VA did an amazing job ^^
my child!!!!!!, I love them so much😭😭😭
OH MY GOD IT'S HERE!😭
this voice fits qiu so well!! 💞💞

Yikes, I'm glad I never ran into "Forget it!" in Step 1! I'd hate to find out what the MC had done to get that.

STOPSTOP THEY'RE ADORABLEEEE PERFECT JOB 😭🫶
Last one is like exactly how I imagined their voice, lovely work Emily Sun!
Oooo so excited!! Though now that voices are being recorded... I saw on Tumblr a while back that an anon asked if there'd be any way to apply voiced names to different spellings (Like if someone's name was Ashleigh but only Ashley is voiced or something). Any update on if we'll be able to choose a voiced name but have a different spelling? :)
I’m pretty sure this’d work - in OL 1 my OC was named Sophia but the only voiced name they had was Soffia - I could change the name’s spelling still, though, so it should hopefully be the same in OL 2!
omg its perfect!
The last grumpy voice line was really good :P
OMG!!! It's just as I imagined!

This voice suits him so well! I love it
i always thought he would sound less childish since he always acted so grown up or at least was pretending to be but this voice is so great for qiu
Same it's so squeaky but it really fits how he's just a lil kid trying to put all the responsibility on themself
