OL2: Pumpkin Patch Concept Art Sketches
Here are the design options created for the local pumpkin patch background. All three were super charming, but the one that's in the game is Option C! I liked how it felt vast and wild. It seemed fitting for a child's perspective.

C makes me feel like I’m in the middle of the pumpkin patch ready to pick a Jack o’ Lantern!
There's a farm that specializes in Halloween in my county that I pass by to take my nephew to work. They sell all kinds of pumpkins and other squashes (to get a range of sizes, from ones that would fit in the palm of your hand with all kinds of shapes to ones you'd need a pickup truck to take it back home). Along the road from there, there's a field that's probably belongs to the owners of that farm that has a large number of 'ghost' pumpkins growing in it. 👻🎃

Will the background change later? When the MC is older will the pumpkin patch look more like option A since you mentioned that C was more fitting from a child's perspective? 👀
You won't go there in Step 2. I imagine it would get an update in some ways if you do visit in Step 3 or 4, but I can't say what those steps will have yet I'm afraid.
