Not gonna lie, I WAS hoping trick or treat would come later.
Mostly because if we had a different moment for now and September, we could have had trick or treating in Halloween.
I feel sorry for the skeleton who made friends with the Jack-o-Lanterns next door. Every year it's the same as the last. The pumpkins spoil and get sent to compost, so the skeleton has to start over again, having to start from scratch at making new friends the next year. 😢
