Amatsuka Uto Request WIP

Drawing Uto since choozj redeemed their commission request reward for 6 month of commission+ support. Don't expect all commission requests to be in this high quality though, this one is an exception since I plan on using this in my game so I will put in some extra time and effort into this so it's kind of like 2 birds with one stone lol
