It's rather endearing to hear the frustration in the speaker's voice, essentially saying "I'm not mad at YOU, not in the slightest. I'm mad at the situation in general, and I don't want you thinking that ANY of this is directed towards you. If anything I'm mad at your ex and I want her (or him) to understand just how much she (or he) hurt you." Also that "I will always have love for you" at the end plucks the heart strings ever so slightly. Good stuff, Bethy.
Beautiful work Bethy! Her reaction to what happened to us and her genuine anger sadness and worried about what our ex did to us was amazing acting. Her saying that we never deserve what happened to us and we deserved the best was lovely to hear. It was also very sweet to hear how protective she is about our well being, letting us hug her and letting out all that sadness go and that right now we're going to concentrate on feeling better, even with talking about how she loves us can wait for another time.
