Native American hunting practices most assuredly did not cause the Little Ice Age, that's not how the global climate system works
It's 2025, and as I listen to this episode, Canada is on fire again, and it is very smokey here in New York.
Its a bit old now but there is a free pokemon fan game for PC called Pokemon Reborn that is basically the dark gritty Pokemon you want, like the game opens with you dodging a terrorist bombing on a train and it just goes with that tone from there https://www.rebornevo.com/pr/index.html/
I used to live in the UP!
Wait Joe, you're a writer. If you want the Gritty Pokemon Post-Apocalypse Novel, you can make that happen.

Love my Evander Holyfield grill
Here in Indiana we also have a Cass County and I have to deliver Backpack Program orders to a Lewis Cass High School for the food bank I work for x_x
as an Ohioan I have always believed Michigan sucks but the last few years of Ohio trying to strip my rights while Michigan is doing the opposite has shaken this belief
At least it's not Indiana
I would play the shit out of a Pokemon uprising game.
I also believe in greater Michigan. I'm a Minnesotan who doesn't recognize the sovereignty of wisconsin. It should be split between Michigan and Minnesota. Erasing the farce that is wisconsin state government.
My preferred description for Pokemon is "family-friendly cockfighting."
So one of my friends from Australia for some reason always wanted to go to Toledo just so he could say "Holy Toledo." For a work trip that went to Cleveland (or Columbus), he decided to make a side trip to Toledo. He regrets that decision to this day.
Enjoying a long weekend (shoutout to the Union army) and a bunch of podcast content (shoutout to you guys!). Controlled burns are pretty cool, reduces apocalyptic fires while allowing for increased forest diversity due to early successional growth. One of those indigenous practices modern ecologists and forestry professionals are copying
Downstate Illinois is just western Indiana.
Indiana as a whole is somehow north Arkansas
OHIO CAMPEON DEL MUNDO NUMERO UNOOOOOO 🏆
Ohio, el mejor estado de Ohio!
I suspect that Peppermint Hippo is a cheap knock-off of Spearmint Rhino
YESSSSS! I was wondering if you’d ever do this one!
As a ohian we ultimately lost the war since we kept Toledo.
Michigan unequivocally won with getting the UP.
Ah Ohio aka greater western Pennsylvania.
A dark day in Michigan history. The fact that they wanted a piece of Ohio barf
Let's fucking gooooooo
Clearly Ohio lost as it was forced to keep Toledo
As they should
