EARLY EPISODE: The Komet: The Nazi Rocket Glider That Melted Pilots

iirc, it was kinda a dual invention thing. Northrop (uncertain as to how nazi he was, but given a businessman in the 40s, probably at least 30%) also invented one around the same time
It's short audio clips, right? Call it "Short Cuts", which the military takes all the time
Opel was owned by GM from '29 to 2017 and GM got $32 mil in war reparations from the US because their factories got bombed https://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-srv/national/daily/nov98/nazicars30.htm and great graphic here https://aadl.org/node/196687
How about unpresidented records, or loaded clips?
it's the Jumbo Clip Show
If you think t and c stoff are bad you should look up n stoff. Its the shit the Nazis decided was too dangerous to be a rocket oxidizer but did look at using as a combo flamethrower and chemical weapon. To quote john drury clark "It is, of course, extremely toxic, but that's the least of the problem. It is hypergolic with every known fuel, and so rapidly hypergolic that no ignition delay has ever been measured. It is also hypergolic with such things as cloth, wood, and test engineers, not to mention asbestos, sand, and water—with which it reacts explosively. It can be kept in some of the ordinary structural metals—steel, copper, aluminum, etc.—because of the formation of a thin film of insoluble metal fluoride that protects the bulk of the metal, just as the invisible coat of oxide on aluminum keeps it from burning up in the atmosphere. If, however, this coat is melted or scrubbed off, and has no chance to reform, the operator is confronted with the problem of coping with a metal-fluorine fire. For dealing with this situation, I have always recommended a good pair of running shoes."
That is a quote from "Ignition! An Informal History of Liquid Rocket Propellants" BTW.
News guy Liam is talking about is Edward R Murrow btw
Fireside Shitposts.
You never have to hand it to the nazis, but sometimes they do kill nazis.
I love the way Liam laughs with absolute perverse glee at the thought of melting nazis 😈
Yea but everyone knows that if this design was succesfull it would have immediately pushed the Red Army all the way back to Vladivostok and Vaporized The Western Allies (source: History Channel)
Looks like the beginning of the episode makes my question from the legion irrelevant 😂😂
As a plane nerd this pleases me greatly :)
