I work in real time electrical grid operations (Not in Texas or CA) and it's my job to mitigate reliability/safety problems as they arise. The next time I'm in a pinch: hostages. I'll tell you them Joe and Nick sent me.
Here is a pro tip: If you are ever sent anywhere randomly in time and need to find out when you are, ask the nearest person hows life as a Russian conscript. If they answer with anything other than miserable, you are wayyyyy in the future.
