Can you guys please just do Kelly's Heroes so Shocks will be happy? Poor man's been begging for Kelly's Heroes and King of the Hill for years. LOVE the Zoo Crew episodes; Carey is just a whole other vibe and it's awesome.
I’m from Missouri, I go to university in New York, and now in my home town people literally call me New York. Because apparently I’m the most foreign thing ever, someone that left suburban Missouri.
Just to hop on ridiculous army related names I knew one person who was called private phealy (phealy pronounced feeley lol)
First Russians occupied the Donbas, then they occupied the Girlbas
Merchant mariner here- it kinda does work like the electricians. A lot of deep sea ships are union, and you go to the hall to wait for a job to open up, with more senior members getting first pick. The unions aren't government organizations, but their own thing. The ships are contracted or chartered for military cargo, except for MSC, which is all owned and operated by the navy with civilian mariners.
How is merchant mariner work? I imagine being a ship with a bunch of dudes gets old, but how reliable is work, particularly when starting out?
My neighbor growing up called her husband “my Chickie.” I grew up in Boston, because of course.
as a former security guard this is great for my self confidence
oh ok well as a serb this makes me lose that confidence so i suppose it balances out
Sheet metal workers mentioned! Lu17 baby
The true story sounds like it’s just a regular LLBD history episode
My favorite New York chaos name was my middle school principal: Patrick Mussolini
Insisted on being called "Mr. Moose"
If you want another pretty good and serviable Apple TV movie, I’d recommend Greyhound - it’s just Tom hanks on a boat and it’s solid
It’s a better “Tom Hanks on a Boat” movie.
Growing up my next door neighbor (half a mile away cause we're wood folk) was Little John, an elderly man. I thought the name was because he was short, but it turns out it was because his dad (who had been dead since the 70s) was Big John.
Russell Crowe isn’t going to be in the gladiator sequel. He’s said that they didn’t bring him back cause his character died
Next up you guys should do the greatest beer heist ever from the Korean War with the seaviews I know the 3/4 show ( knock off technical difficulty show (just did it a little while ago but I think it's definitely something that needs more coverage cuz almost no one knows anything about it there's also trains
See, I love starting my mornings when I wake up to a notification from you guys. Then when it is a Zoo Crew movie episode I know I'll have some good laughs before work. I hope you ignore that poll and keep making these episodes. There a ton of fun! I honestly believe you guys have a great rotation of content all across the board. Keep up the amazing work!
If they remade Romper Stomper with fat Russell Crowe, Steve Bannon would try to sue for libel.
I lived with two guys named John. One was taller than the other and he was called Grande. The shorter one was called Little John. Neither of them was only called John socially.
You can do a political movie about Panama, or how Noriega surrendered. They’re good stories. For the Guif War, Battle of Easting 73 will get a movie eventually. We’ll end up with two Iraq Surge movies, one patriotic, the other more sober and depressing. And we’ll get an Afghan pullout movie.
We love Francis. We love Shocks. We love Joe, he probably fokks.
Let’s go
