High Tail Hall: Release Structure

We're so excited to announce some major updates and progress with preserving our games! There is a LOT going on behind the scenes, and it's been crazy, but progress is moving, and I want to start showing people what I've been working on. So get ready to see some more content coming your way!

What you're looking at is a picture-in-picture comparison, as well as the game release structure.

The Rereleases are the Classic Archives that exist as faithful versions of the originals. That's what was on Newgrounds, and both before and after our website launched, which includes a WORKING VERSION of HTH2! Yes! It has been recovered!!!

The Remasters are where the Hall is rebuilt and reimagined from scratch, with new art, improved coding, and a more immersive point-and-click experience. This picture-in-picture comparison illustrates exactly what we mean when we say 'remastering,' not just 'porting.'

To top it off, the High Tail Hall Remaster project is being built with dual support, which includes:

• A Flash port, preserving the final era of Flash gameplay.

• A Unity native port, developed side by side to serve as the foundation for all future development.

This means fans can enjoy the nostalgia of the original format or step into the updated Unity version, all while experiencing the new artwork, improved coding, and quality-of-life updates.
