Testing testing
Hi!
This is just a test if you can see the pdf file in dropbox link.
Just need to know what browsers/apps used to open the link as well as what device used (iOS, android, etc) that would help alot! I have my own reasons to wanting to do pdf viewer via dropbxox for my paid patrons
For my own data and those curious 👀
*Ikora/cayde tier/shop downloads will always be PNG/jpg images turned zip files so I have no need to give them pdf file.

Firefox in Android. The link takes me to Dropbox but when I try to open the file it gives me a "permanent failure" error.
First time reading permanent failure jfc. And looking them up in dropbox faqs sounds exhausting. Ty
Mostly using Android patreon and Dropbox apps. Have had issues with displaying PDFs, but it will open in Android Firefox.
Android, chrome. Either by email notification or Patron direct. Get the option from there to use web or app dropbox
Opens for me. I use Safari on iOS
Dropbox link works in chrome browser using Android on my end! 🎉 Files are preview only with no download enabled but I assume that's intentional on your end 😄
same. Chromium based, browser here...
Android. I'm using the Patron app, click link, takes me to Dropbox app, fails to load. I can however open the Dropbox link in browser and it works in the native android chrome browser.
Apple-> “open in browser” ->Safari see pdf with 7 illustrations
Android patreon app -> dropbox app, not working
Android device, open link in Firefox, select "open in Browser", see pdf of 7 illustrations
Mine does same, but with chrome for browser. It doesn't always work tho but it has as if late
On android link not supported , going form patreon app to Dropbox
On android and it doesn't work. I've tried every app possible to try to open it
Main reason is leaks. Anyways I use iOS devices when using dropbox app and works so far in safari/chrome browser in iPhone. BUT it doesn’t open in chrome browser via iPad pro/Air.
I don’t have patreon app, so I’m not sure if when clicked a link it opens their own browser or default browser.
Damn you Dropbox, always working like shit
