I remade billie skin tibault skin and overlay and uploaded them. Please erase the old package files and remplace them with the new ones. Hopefully they should show up just fine now.

Mine worked fine after the 2nd update and i have a ton of mods
Idk if it's because I only have basegame installed but I didn't have any issues with the first ones. They both showed in my game just fine. Weird.
I play with almost no mods and they were showing up in my game too. More cc you have, more are the chances to have your mods messing arround with each others. But at least now my last skins are updated. If some people still have issue with these skins, it will have to do with their game and mod folder and not my skins.
