Neve Reveal
Today we're going to introduce a major character for Kingdom of Deception: Neve Silnael.
When the Kingdom of Lundar began establishing itself, it didn't seek to exterminate every other race. Some received special treatment, particularly the various species of elves. Many have found places in the new society as servants, sex slaves, or a new underclass.Neve stands outside this system, contemptuous of it. She freely moves between human outskirts, orc-controlled territory, and the untamed wilderness. Sabia encounters her as a potential ally, but Neve isn't about to get pulled into human politics. She would rather go her own way... as long as she can.Neve is only one of the many characters in Kingdom of Deception who is hiding secrets. The dominance of the human race may not be as secure as Sabia believes it is, and if she chooses wrong, there could be a reckoning...We hope you like the initial reveal and character design of Neve. ^-^ She still has a lot more to her and various secrets to be revealed, but we wanted to give that information more naturally throughout the gameplay. Work on Kingdom of Deception is going smoothly; we have one more female character to reveal that will play a major role in the story and will be included in the first update. She is the mother of Sabia and Lynn, a formidable matriarch.Thanks a lot to everyone who submitted an answer to the poll thread, we read and discussed everything and we will consider what you liked in NN as we go forward in our future game designs. Hey there! How about adding some yuri character to the game with a strong fetish for kissing? E.g. something like the shack guy of NN (but instead a girl) or maybe a long-tongued-succubus who wants kissing as payment. The female protagonist dislikes it at the beginning but throughout the game steadily develops an addiction to it herself...becoming more and more involved with the other girl : ) NN had no single kiss in it unfortunately *EDIT Sorry, there is one actually at the stable, just found out* (still a masterpiece of course, Rivens a*al submission to the shack guy was one of the sexiest things i´ve ever had the privilege to witness!)

When we reflected back on NN, we agreed that we could have included more yuri. Rest assured that KoD has a variety of female characters and we'll be planning for them to have some time with each other!
So what I'm getting at is the game is just a birds eye view of the world kinda like just looking down at a map and the map has places to go to and those places have things to do like some events, meeting new characters as well as other new dialog when entering those different areas also maybe some naughty bits in there some where as well as fights and etc.. also the game may have something like a party system for the characters to choose to ally with along the journey something like that for the fight encounters? Also still a turn base fight system to go with? Am I on the right track? Or was all that wrong?
That's the right track - our next update should show off some of that in a little more detail, actually, so look forward to that. Right now, there's a system for 1v1 fights, which will be used for key duels and general encounters while Sabia is alone. For the rest of the game you won't have a party, exactly, but more a set of political alliances. Neve here, for example: she won't just join Sabia's team and fight in battles, she'll be an ally who might help you with one situation, but might turn you down on something else if you haven't convinced her.
I'm not sure if you play a lot of other h-games made by other h-game devs on patreon but if you do, can think of any that plays like KoD will ? or maybe a point in the right direction? I personally am getting the Something Unlimited and the Summertime Saga kind of feel from the Hints you've been leaving. Would love to see some kind of a game like that from you guys as well.
The base of the game is a visual novel engine, so in terms of the dialogue it will look a lot like either of the games you mentioned. Imagine that but with more RPG elements.
Will the next update be something similar to a character preview or some kind of demo?
It'll be a preview of content. We'd like to introduce the game with a full section of gameplay, not a tech demo.

Still alive, but the next preview isn't quite done yet. We're doing a lot of work - the code/script is 24,000 words long so far - but a lot of it is still in the heavy lifting stage, not the final polishing, so it can't be shown off just yet.
I'm not pushing you or anything. But it's been a month, maybe you could show us sketches of interface or something for an update?

I'm really looking forward to your next game. I really liked Noxian Nights. My only hope is for different cities, different outfits, things like that.
KoD will definitely be a more expansive game, though obviously it won't start with multiple locations. We're working on including outfits for the very first release, though!

We might have stopped active development of NN, but we still get bug reports. Version 1.2.4 includes fixes for all bugs reported since the main release.
Will the demo be out this year?
Should be! Since we're changing the game type we'd like the first demo to be large enough to give a sense of the complete game, so we intend to make it bigger than the average demo, including the first for NN.
When it will be available the demo?ç_ç The updates will be free as a nn?
We don't have a date for the demo yet, but yes, the regular KoD updates will be free just like NN was!
Btw. the only thing I am not sure if I completely like it, is the size of her head proportional to her upper body. Since her face is angled, it's a bit hard to actually compare the size. On the front face lineart her face head has about half the width of her shoulders, but the full coloured variant seems narrower due to the angled face. It looks like it would be less than half her shoulder width, if we'd see her from the front. Else: Large thighs, large hip waist ratio, large breasts, elf ears, beautiful face. There are no other reasons to complain about this waifu - err - mature woman.
I agree with 1 guy who posted, esp last part. cover up a bit more on breasts side's or she'd look like either a wore,slut,sex slave either of it and id think you aren't going for that with this one. :) also maybe a tiny bit on the leg part? bit more like lara croft in tomb raider would be a nice fit. :)
She is wearing pants so tight you can see the silhouettes of her vulva, but the things you are worried about are the sluttyness of the sides of her breasts and her legs (upper thighs)? I am impressed. :D
She looks fantastic. I can't wait to see what her role in the story will be.

We were wondering on the skin color till the end, but we decided to go for the more hentai popular skin color.
Lets hope that she only does stabbing motions with those short swords. Any side to side slashing might make something pop out. The red eye and costume version looks like some kinda of possession.

KoD doesn't have a combat party the way NN did, instead you control Sabia and interact with a wide variety of characters in more complex ways. There will be more than four major characters overall, though obviously the game won't start by trying to introduce all of them.
Normally, I'd nitpick the outfit here, but given the lore you laid out, it makes sense to me. If I'm reading into this right, her outfit both has some functionality with those crystals and serves as a kind of catch all for what elves are expected to be wearing, I'm choosing to interpret it as allowing her to blend into her expected role in society while operating freely. I really like the design. The most magical part of it, though, is whatever is keeping her from falling out of it when she swings those swords ;) I'm looking forward to learning more about her.

Woohoo, I like how the character designs this time are more different. In Noxian nights the girls build was exactly the same. The only difference was the head and hair.
They had different bust sizes. More variety is always nice though :)

Let me make this clear...I'm not a huge fan of overly fit women...but Neve makes me not care, she is gorgeous! I love the idea that she is a rebel with a hidden cause, and I'm veery curious about the 'red light' version, that suggests a potential mind control or lustful change combined with "She'd rather go her own way...as long as she can", either way, definitely looking forward to seeing more of this luscious lady. And I'm also *really* eager to see the matriarch, can't wait to see Nomo draw a pure, unadulterated MILF. Also nice to see you got recognition for NN and another review, this one a lot more positive :D I spread it around on a couple of Pictario I watch to add exposure for the game, hope things continue to go well.

I for one, embrace our mysterious halter top wearing overlord. Love her design, I picture the glowing red eyes coming about when some inner darkness is revealed. I always look forward to your reveals, but they always leave me in even greater suspense!

I tried to figure out what her name might mean, with no success, but a look at her top hints that it might be elven for "double-sided tape". But the only thing that actually concerns me is that if she bends over those spikes on her top and leggings might stab her.
Her abs protect her. :P

I can just see that top fabric slide between those mountains. Those crystals, I can also see them being control or demonic crystals.

I like this character so far, looking forward to more information :) Obviously I only know what you have said in this post however there are two thoughts I would like to share the on the design so far. - The red glow around the eyes is bit too strong for me, it's more like a red light is shining on her face. - The top could be a little less revealing. I get more a sex slave than free individual vibe from it.
