Novation's new FL KEY MK2 for FL Studio // Pros, cons & full tutorial

Hi!

To make this video, I went on a journey - no, not Superbooth Berlin, one much more perilous - to learn FL Studio. When Novation told me they were coming out with a new version of controllers for FL, I decided it was a good opportunity to see what the FL fuss was about.

I have to admit I was surprised by how much this DAW does things differently. While most DAWs follow a more or less similar paradigm, FL seems to have evolved somewhere entirely different.

If you're an FL Studio user, this video is a must-watch - these controllers are the best FL keyboards you can get (explore Akai's Fire for a non-keyboard grid-style controller). If not, but you'd like a glimpse into a parallel DAW universe - you might find this interesting - but perhaps dip your toe in waters with a trial of the software before committing to a controller...

Enjoy!
