Osmose CE: A MIDI Keyboard That Feels Alive (Review & Tutorial)
Hi!
Expressive E is releasing Osmose CE - a MIDI controller-only version of the MPE keybed in their Osmose synth, along with a companion preset plugin with 900+ presets, based on the excellent synth engines in Vital, Phase Plant, Dune 3, Noisy 2 and more.
All the details in the video, and attached are both audio and video downloads of me playing some of the many included presets.
Enjoy!
Ziv (getting in touch with my inner MPE on a youtube channel called "Loopop"...)

Hi Ziv, I am an ordinary home user of the Osmose, and though I do like the look and feel of it, I often feel its usability is kind of limited. Given the Eagan Matrix is no realm which begs to be discovered, I am looking for an easy integration of other sounds or synthesizers to it. Thats my Q for you here: is the software, which is supplied along the Osmose CE usable for the original Osmose as well? Kind regards ahead of the booth. Nick_
Hey Nick, first - thanks for your long time support here :) To the point, I believe easier synth interfaces are coming on the EaganMatrix side, but, yes! I'm told by the company that they will be providing the software and presets to existing Osmose users, but I don't have a date for that. I think it's worthwhile reaching out to their support to ask, as it will show increased demand for it.
