Synth Setups #5 // How to perform live breaks, drops and transitions ft. Electric Sea's DAWless set

A few months ago I saw Electric Sea perform live, and was thoroughly impressed with her sound and music, as well as with how smoothly she flows from song to song through breaks and drops on a totally "DAWless" setup. I asked her to show us how she does what she does, and she kindly agreed, so here it is!
