September 2024 book update [SEP2024]

Dear WaveShapers,

Attached is the September 2024 book update. This one is short and sweet with a few updates here and there, which hopefully you'll find useful/illuminating - here's what's new:

• Additional tips and devices added to addressing noise issues, with one particularly good device (Page 51)

• Additional tips re latency, including one you might not expect (Page 73)

• New tip regarding finding hidden Sostenuto capabilities (Page 88)

• New tip regarding MIDI implementations (Page 96)

• New references to free ambisonics tools and new download (Page 471 and 596)

That's it! As usual, but never taken for granted, thanks for being here!

All my best,

Ziv / Loopop

P.S. I don't usually tease videos/launches, but I didn't want you to be totally off guard... in a few days I'll be announcing my very own hardware product! It's a small utility thing, so not a mega synth or anything, built in collaboration with another company, but I think aspects of it are original and I'm quite excited about it! Coming soon...
