Added Sounds and Images folders settings for suit .ini file
Added Killer feature
Added Enemy/Killer ignore player option
Fixed some stuff, improved other things, etc.

Julio, you are the best!!! This is great, the possibilities!!! You are one of the best, if not, the best modder there is. Options like "Spawn Ally, Enemy, Killer" and being able to have different sound folders is amazing! Thank you again :)
I'd love to see a crysis update with unlimited energy and some config options.
